Zee Entertainment, Sony Pictures announce merger, Punit Goenka to continue as MD & CEO of new entity
The Board of Zee Entertainment has principally approved the merger between Zee Entertainment and Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) after several months of hectic deliberations.
